Join Ilanit Tadmor's Movement Improvisation Open Class this Friday, April 14, from 10:00-11:15 in Tao's Center, Paros. This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience level, and offers a simple yet powerful way to connect with ourselves through movement and deep listening. Movement improvisation is an art form that allows us to express ourselves through movement without predetermined choreography. It's a creative process that encourages us to listen to our bodies and the world around us, and to explore different ways of moving, connecting and communicating. Through movement improvisation, we can tap into our inner rhythm, creativity and imagination, and discover new ways of self-expression and connection with others. Ilanit Tadmor is a dancer, choreographer and a teacher of dance, contact improvisation, aware movement and choreography. She is the director and founder of PLAY Dance Studio which enables people from different backgrounds to develop their creativity through the world of dance, movement and theater.
