Improve Your Dance Connection With Mercedes on Feb. 19th

Division 1 Couples World Champion and Masters Competitor Rachel Mercedes returns to West Coast Wednesdays on February 19th. “I’ll cover West Coast Swing (WCS) basics in the novice class,” Rachel says. “In the intermediate-level class, I’ll go over some of the finer points of connection (in West Coast Swing), to make your dance partnership feel more like a team.” Rachel’s lessons for the evening will cover: – For the 7:00 novice/beginner-level lesson – The ABC’s of West Coast Swing – Learn the foundation for WCS or brush up on your basics. – For the 7:45 intermediate-level lesson – Enhance Your Connection – Make two dancers feel like one with tips to improve connection with your partner. OPEN DANCING Open dancing starts at 8:30 pm with Hall of Fame DJ April Prince spinning current and new West Coast Swing favorites.
