This offering is two classes: one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Saturday October 19, 12 - 2:30 pm Sunday October 20, 3 - 5:30 pm A warm-up process will developmentally connect and mobilize our whole bodies. Improvisational structures will follow to develop dynamic range and spatial relationships.
