In Lak’ech Dance Academy Summer 8-Week Series

In lak'ech Dance Academy is excited to announce our 8 -week Beginner Salsa & Bachata Series starting on Monday, July 15th. Our Bachata series will take place from 7-8:15pm and our Salsa Series will be from 8:15-9:30pm. The series will end on Monday, September 2nd. Below you can find a description for the Bachata and Salsa series. Bachata Beginner Training Series – This course is for individuals who are new to Bachata and have little to no experience and for folks who want to learn the fundamentals of Bachata Technique. In this course, we will also provide teachings on the origins of Bachata and its evolution, as well as the instrumentation and rhythms in Bachata. The goal of this course is to gain and improve Social Dancing technique, timing and partner-work. Salsa On-2 Beginner Training – This course is for individuals who are new to Salsa-On-2 and have little to no experience in this dance. This course will allow for a slow-pace learning environment.
