They will invite dancers to slow down, refine perception, and enter the improvisational field from silence through somatic practice and contemplative movement exploration. *** We will meet for 5 days, where movement becomes the primary language of contemplative connection. We explore subtle perception, somatic awareness, and the poetry that emerges in attentive dancing, while deepening our practice within a community of CI dancers. *** What makes this meeting special? • Silent jams: no music, no talking • Guided contemplative practices with Alessandro Rivellino, supported by Lana Korotkova • A small group of experienced CI dancers • 5 days of deep practice and shared exploration • Meditation retreat style silence also at meals and in between dancing. We aim to gather a group of experienced CI dancers who share an interest in subtle listening, contemplative practice, and depth in the dance. *** The group will be small, leaving plenty of time for practice, rest, and being in nature. More about the meeting: *** The Vision Our meeting will be a creative space for dancers with experience in CI who seek a deeper connection within their bodies while gently connecting to others. It’s a time to ground ourselves in awareness with silent jams, guided by the clear and sensitive presence of Alessandro Rivellino. *** This September silence becomes our teacher, offering the possibility to enter the dance with a mindful presence. ∙ Jams take place without music or chatting. ∙ Sound and voice may arise in the dance. ∙ Words are used only when needed for safety. *** Join us in a space to slow down, listen deeply, and let the dance emerge from silence.
