A space to explore movement and the multi - dimensional nature of contact improvisation. A space for empowering the intelligence of the body and communicating through a language with no words! Our vision is to create a Tribe of Contact Improvisation in Cyprus where we share this beautiful practice! In her work, she has been using Contact Improvisation as a tool for self awareness and reconnection to the body. She explores the body as a perceptual system and the extension of this to the day-to-day interactions.
