Information Sessions (Auditions)- ALL TEAMS

Auditions for Co-ed bachata team, Semi-pro bachata team (Nueva Ola), Salsa Touch, Ladies Touch, Sensual Touch, Kizomba Touch and co-ed bachata training team. It is Island Touch Dance Academy's Five Year Anniversay this season, so routines taught this season for Salsa Touch, Nueva Ola & Chicago Touch will be the famous ones listed in the photo above that Ataca & Alemana have done. VERY IMPORTANT INFO: -Audition fee is $10 cash or Venmo/QP at event -Please wear appropriate shoes- suede-bottom shoes or dance shoes/ no tennis shoes -Practice days/times are different for each team, but are generally Thursday or Friday nights from 9:30-11pm every other week. Some Sunday practices will also be scheduled. -MONTHLY dues are $75 for Nueva Ola, $50 for one team (co-ed, Salsa, Ladies, Sensual, Kizomba), $30 for each additional team, and $20 for the co-ed bachata training team -Costume & shoes cost should figure into your decision to join a team. All teams are required to buy a costume ($100-$140) and shoes ($75), along with other incidentals. The training team does not need to purchase costumes- only a team tshirt. Team tshirts are $25. -Before you audition, make sure you can afford the monthly financial commitment, costume costs & the time commitment of official practices and on your own.
