Open training "Inner Work - Systema and Life" We are happy to invite Lev Ivanov to Bucharest to share with us his solid experience in Systema, Pravka and BodyMind practices. This event is a great chance for movers, dancers and martial arts practitioners to refine their approach in their own practice and for anybody to gain valuable applied knowledge to improve more than just their movement, their overall wellbeing and way of living. The teaching aims at enabling a higher understanding of the way we function as human beings and of the factors that affect our physical and mental performance. Exploring the concept of breathing, moving without tension, combat acrobatics (soft rolling, falling and moving). .......................................................................................................... THE PROGRAMME OF THE MEETING (seminar) - 13 December All of the below will be demonstrated on the human body also including breathing, bodily practices and exercises, performed in pairs and groups. During all exercises, clear, evident sensations are experienced. These exercises can be applied in everyday life to keep a proper state. All techniques used and presented have been tested and proved by personal experience and are based on the ancient Russian recreational and combat practices (SPAS, Cossack and noble SPAS, Systema). The spiritual basis of the practice comprises unique knowledge about the structure of Man, the World order and the unity of Man and the Creator. Me! Together we’ll answer the eternal question people ask - “Who am I?”, “What do I live for?”, “What is my purpose?”. In our own bodies, we will locate the male and female channels, we will find out how their development affects the relationship in the couple and the family. How much the Power of one increases when those channels are united. Family! From the unification of two Powers to merging and mutual strengthening of two energies with the foundation of Hope, Faith, Love with Acceptance, Consent and Gratitude.
