From here, you can reach Alpe Salei at 1783m in only 7 minutes and walk to the alpine lake in just 20-minutes, with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain (the Pilone, between the Onsernone Valley and Spruga. Innerwalk Project is pleased to guest Alex Dawson Feldenkrais teacher, Master Reiki, Energetical Places Expert, offering Guided Meditation Journeys in Switzerland.
