About Paxmal: Karl Bickel, a Swiss artist created the work of art between 1924 and 1949. It lies high above Lake Walen in front of the soaring walls of the Churfirsten. The Paxmal is a perfect place for spiritual connection and meditation. The left wall of the monument represents life connected to the earth: the human couple in their being and becoming, love and procreation. The right wall is dedicated to the spiritual life: the awakening, the struggling, the beholding and the rising. We will guide you through an Hike and Ecstatic Dance in the garden of the building from 10:00 - 16:00.
