The workshop contains a set of solo practices for preparing and tuning body-mind for contact improvisation / anatomy of spiral movement / practice of falling and rolling / principals of CI with emphasis on continuous attention / trio and ensemble exploration / whirling meditation practice / intentional disorientation / doing improvisation - embodying intuition and imagination. Group size is 20 people.
