Rekinection presents: Inspiration Activation Journey into true Self-embodiment during this powerful flow through movement, breathwork, intention & sound, followed by an integrative soak & sauna session! This immersion is an opportunity to reunite with your life force and bring forth an energetic rebirthing and complete rejuvenation. We will blend together many powerful practices to restore your vitality, creativity & joy, as well as empowering you to create the life you desire & deserve. With a background in both the healing arts & permaculture design, she takes an integrative approach to wellness, encouraging clients to consider their physical, mental and emotional states, as well as the quality of their breath and their relationship to their environment. At the foundation of her teachings is breathwork as a tool for intentional lifestyle design.
