Every second Friday of the month we gather to play, dance, stretch, laugh, learn, and be our authentic selves. It is all around us, within us, and between us. We have access to love in every moment. It is only our own self that blocks us from this infinite love. The One Heart workshop will guide us through a basic tantric ritual using the Gong as an instrument to assist the process. Kriyanna Elumen is the Founder/Director of Toren Collective and the mother of 3 boys. She is an initiate in the Western Hermetic Mystical tradition. She is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is an ecstatic and a powerful channel for modern Tantra, creator of Ecstatic Awakening Meditation and Tantric Qabalah. She combines these techniques to create a unique experience that catalyzes personal growth and deep, lasting transformation. Mahkah has been studying and practicing metaphysics, sound healing, and yoga since 2006. Mahkah received the title of Certified Gong Practitioner by Gong Master Mehtab Benton in 2019. He has studied Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) extensively with Bhagavan Das and Michael Sterling. Mahkah he is currently receiving Gong Bath training from gong master Richard Rudis. You can RSVP as "Going" to stay connected. ❍ Community Spaces ❍ 7pm-1am The community spaces will include a libation lounge, a healing zone with massage chairs, and a healthy food & beverages bar; hosting a variety of gifted bodyworkers, artisans, and libation tenders. ❍ Movement Space ❍ 7pm-1am* The large movement space will hold a unique class followed by a mindfully curated ecstatic dance & sound healing; carried by wonderful musicians, DJs, and teachers. Through dance, we believe everyone can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we connect to others and shape a consciousness that extends beyond our own. ~ Some Loving Guidelines ~ In order to create the ideal container, let's: ~ Allow ourselves freedom from cell phones ~ Let go of judgments of self and others – your dance is your unique expression ~ Connect with our bodies while respecting our “yes” and honoring our “no” ~ Be mindful to the boundaries of others and the space that we share ~ Let our dance be our voice, instead of words, during the ecstatic dance ~ Give our feet back their soul by removing our shoes in the movement space ~ Respect the privacy of the container so that our truest expression can be unlocked Please - ~ No shoes, cell phones, or photography in the movement space ~ Reserve conversations for the community spaces during the ecstatic dance ~ Practice consent - let’s do our best to make this is a safer space ~ Be clear-minded - this is a substance/alcohol-free event :) The event is for ages 18+ (except for special dates) Our goal is to create loving and inclusive events. This will be a safer space for people of all colors, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. Please practice proper consent and be mindful of the friends around you.
