Intermediate/Advanced Movement & Music West Coast Swing Workshop happening this Saturday (April 6th) with champion dancer and incredible dance instructor, Ben Morris Dance! West Coast Swing is a cool and contemporary form of swing that can be danced to modern music. It’s smooth, tight, and bluesy, and our Thursday nights have soul. If you love hip-hop, R&B, top 40, or blues, West Coast Swing is your kind of dance. No partner needed! ~ CLASS SCHEDULE ~ 12:00 pm Registration / Check-in 12:15 pm Background Body Motion: Learn the art of subtle body movement that gives someone that look of natural flowing movement rather than looking stiff or wiggly. 1:45 pm Don’t Miss the Phrase Change: Learn how to train yourself to hear the phrase change coming, as well as how to set up and express the moment.
