Class Schedule (12:00 PM - 3:15 PM) • 12:00 PM Registration / Check-in • 12:15 PM Connection To Our Body: Connection To Our Body: Finding out how to control our body and how to tell it what to do when we want it to, is one of the most frustrating yet rewarding skills in dancing. However, we will break it down in ways that put a smile on your face. • 1:00 PM Connection To The Floor: Gliding through each step and looking like you're floating is the goal of this class! Move like you are swimming through a huge pool of honey! • 1:45 PM Connection To Each Other: We want to be that partner that when another dancer uses the connection of touch, we feel gooey but reactive. Learning how to change our connection for each other is the key. • 2:30 PM Connection To The Music: We want the music to move through our body and make sure the music is dictating our groove and movement. The music is why we are dancing and we can't forget that! The whole workshop is $50 or 5 punches from your Punch Card if you pre-register by 9/28/18. Or $60 at the door.
