🤍 Integrate your Polarities Dance Workshop 🖤

🌀 On the 17th of March we invite you to step into a caring and nourishing space with us. We’ll gather on a beautiful dance platform surrounded by nature and facing the lake to arrive in the body and awaken its wisdom. This is a space curated with lots of care, presence, and safety, where everyone is welcome to explore movement and be just as they are. Together we will play and explore the energies of polarities through movement, cacao, and ecstatic dance. 🌀 In the first workshop, we will awaken the body’s wisdom in motion through Azul Embodied Awakening. Using the four orientations of the Azul map, we will deepen our connection with ourselves and gently meet what is alive in our inner world in this moment of our lives. Within each of us live different inner polarities — parts of ourselves that sometimes seem to move in different or even conflicting directions. Through embodied exploration, awareness, and movement, we create space to notice, feel, and welcome these different energies, allowing them to be seen and integrated with more compassion and wholeness. Held by Lia Sheyen Azul Embodied Awakening certified teacher 🌀 In the second part, we will open the space with cacao and enter an Ecstatic Dance journey. Guided by music and the intelligence of the body, you will be invited to let these polarities move through you — expressing, releasing, and integrating them in a free and conscious dance. A moment to celebrate your aliveness, connect with the collective field, and embody the harmony of your inner opposites.
