Join us on November 9th to improve your Samba skills and lady styling/heels technique. The fabulous guest instructor samba queen Jenna Geska from NC will be teaching us way to take our Samba and lady styling to the next level!

Class descriptions:
Samba: We breakdown the most popular samba steps that are widely danced in Brazilian samba no pe, and focus on drills to help build stamina, loosen the hips, and drive power! We will finish with a choreography to bring it all together.
Heels: Embrace your feminine energy with this powerful, confidence-boosting class! We will break down tips and tricks to help you execute beautiful and sensual movements like hair whips, body rolls, and turns, and put it all together at the end for a choreography sequence. Heels are encourages but not required!
