INTENSIVE MUSICALITY SEMINAR WEEKEND WORKSHOP 1: OCTOBER 26 (FRIDAY) 18:00 (1,5 h) TECHNICAL PREPARATION FOR MUSICALITY Embrace and connect from down to up, using the floor to stay connected even during the movement. Awareness of the base (engine) and free leg (dancing) and its possibilities. WORKSHOP 2: OCTOBER 27 (SATURDAY) 14:45- THE STORY (1,5 h) Find the story of the tango songs and practice to open and close the phrases. Gain confidence and increase your musicality propositions by having a good perspective on how a tango song is structured. WORKSHOP 3: OCTOBER 27 (SATURDAY) 16:30 - THE ORCHESTRAS AND THE INSTRUMENTS (1,5 h) Use different walking techniques depending on the musical propositions. Dance to different instruments, using different qualities and/or different figures. SEMI PRIVATE WORKSHOP: OCTOBER 28 (SUNDAY) 13:00 - SEMI PRIVATE (1,5 h) (LIMITED PARTICIPANTS) This group is for experienced dancers. The students are expected to know the fundamentals of tango and have started to question their path. Maximum of 3 couples where participants will be given individual feedback and "homework".
