Intensive semba bootcamp with Rabbil and Tone

Welcome to an intensive Saturday Semba bootcamp with Rabbil and Tone. Semba, the mother of kizomba is so rich and has many variations both music- and dancewise. Semba also gives you the best foundation you can have for your kizomba. It is best if you know a little semba/kizomba. If you are a total beginner, you still have time to learn enough to join the bootcamp. Take contact with Tone for a crash course. Rabbil loves Oslo and we love Rabbil.. He has really developed as a teacher by using*Jose N'dongola Kizombalove methodology* since the two times he was here in 2019. . His love for the dance and music and eye for technical details, his playfulness and his humour makes me invite him to Norway again. I suppose most of you know Tone who is known internationally as the semba grandma. She is a trained kizomba teacher from Eddy Vents years ago but has chosen to help people in their dance and also assist teachers building their skills instead of giving regular classes. She has now been three times in Angola to learn from the source and will also play an active role in the bootcamp sharing both her knowledge about the music and cultural part of semba, in addition to the dance itself. We have nuts, fruits, biscuits and water and will have some breaks but not a proper lunch break this time. Bring food if you need. No heels allowed in the venue. Bring flat comfortable shoes or dance in socks. We do have a max limit of participants, and will also balance leaders/followers so don't wait to sign up.
