Learn how and when to separate and connect your body halves and how it improves your movement. Through Octavio and Soledad’s method of dissociation, association and spirals, we will improve movements such as pivots and boleos. • 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM Circular Movements and “The Free Leg”: Starting from an effective technique (see class 1) you will learn how to develop the quality and ease of circular movements and fluid ganchos into dynamic and creative sequences.
