Facilitated by Felix Urbina Alejandre In this workshop, we will explore movement and embodiment through guided imagery and improvisation. By turning the attention to the inner gaze, we will focus on sourcing significant living materials and expressing them through different levels of radiance and intention. We will also visit the possibility of using intimacy, care, and companionship as performative materials - how to empower the other through our gaze or presence. Curiosity and playfulness welcome!
