About this Event

Dancing deeply... from THAT place of gingerly exposed not-knowing, we’ll invite ourselves toward a genuinely wholesome appreciation of What Is. This two hour workshop will assist those learning how to satisfyingly connect with others while having their personal boundaries understood and honored. It's appropriate for contact improvisation newcomers, as well as for all those wishing to delve deeper into personal development and interpersonal connection as propulsive foci for our ongoing dance through life. FOR THOSE OF US WITH MCS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING SCENTED PRODUCTS. Following the workshop will be open time in the studio for lunch and free form practice, followed by an Inclusion Jam (https://www.facebook.com/events/919155348206839/). An Inclusion Jam is a simple improvisational structure designed to invite the satisfaction of a collaborative ensemble journey with a minimum of prescription or restriction.
