A Conscious Sensuality Workshop Introduction to Temple Nights 💫 Sensuality and Sexuality is vaster and deeper than what we’ve Been Taught 💫 We often limit ourselves to what we think we / our bodies are capable of or what we know from the past. A powerful way of getting away from limiting beliefs and opening the body to more pleasure is to firstly give ourselves permission to focus inwardly and feel worthy of pleasure without it being dependent on any conditions like pleasing our partner or reaching an orgasm. 💫 Secondly, by utilizing more of our senses, we become more conscious. Through a deeper and conscious sensuality, we experience more intense sensations and emotions in our lives. And by exploring our sexuality consciously we are practicing the art of using pleasure for the purpose of greater understanding, compassion, empathy, and love in our relationships with others. During this workshop, we will dive deeper into concepts such as CONSENT and BOUNDARIES. Exploring ways on how you can know what is ok for you and what is not. How to say yes and how to say no, both with equal enthusiasm. Actively give consent and understand consent when it is given to you. We will explore our DESIRES; know what we want and learn how to express this in a clear way shed from any shame and guilt. Lastly, we will introduce the SACRED SENSUALITY TEMPLE NIGHTS, where we can explore the essentials of an amazing way to express sensuality and love to ourselves and others. 💫 This workshop is an introduction to the Sacred Sensuality Temple Night. This night, held on Friday 23rd of June is for you if you are eager, ready, and willing to surrender to a night of experiences that will give you a taste of Tantra and open you up to infinite possibilities. Because there is so much more than we are aware of, and when we surrender to our own existence, we awaken many dormant parts of our sexuality.
