Intro To Bachata - April 8 Opening Night

Or maybe you’re looking for a new hobby that actually feels exciting, social, and a little bit addictive… We’d love to welcome you to the opening night of our new Palm Beach-based school, Bachata Collective ✨ What is bachata? We like to cheekily refer to bachata as salsa’s sexier cousin. It’s a Latin partner dance that originated in the Dominican Republic, and has since evolved with influences from around the world. Bachata is a social dance, meaning you’ll dance with different partners throughout the night. There are two roles - leader and follower - and together, through connection, music, and technique, you flow and co-author the dance in a way that feels like magic! What to expect Each class runs for 60 minutes and includes: • A simple, guided warm-up • Clear, beginner-friendly instruction • Plenty of time to practice and actually dance By the end of your first class, you’ll be dancing. And if you already have some experience, you’ll be able to refine your style, musicality, and body movement. Class times: Beginners: 6:30-7:30pm Beginner-intermediate: 7:30-8:30pm For opening night, we recommend trying both classes (regardless of your level) so you can get a feel for the flow and progression No partner needed Come as you are, with your friends, or with that someone special.
