與Irene Sposetti接觸即興斟 CONTACT JAM faciitated by Irene Sposetti 2016/12/10 (星期六) 15.00-18.00 費用: 港幣$50 報名及查詢: 9663 8625 丸仔, 91409149 David 電郵: [email protected], [email protected] 15.00-18.00, Saturday December 10, HK$50 Registration and inquiry: : 9663 8625 Maru, 91409149 David Email: [email protected], [email protected] 關於 Irene Sposetti: Irene 是一位擁有多方面能力的表演藝術家、教育家及編舞家。 她來自意大利，在過去的16年旅居歐洲、印度及中國。她現居北京。她曾接受專業的舞蹈、古典音樂（長笛與聲樂）及劇場訓練。 她的藝術路途受著不同文化、自省、靈性修習及哲學思考的影響。她的舞蹈靈感主要來自接觸即興、即時編創技巧、經驗解剖學、身心平衡技法（Body Mind Centering)、身體功課、瑜珈、冥想及唱聲練習。她的動作研究的主題是即興。在不斷練習中，她的目標是達到一種釋放的狀態，讓動作可以做得輕鬆，讓人達到一種存在、自覺的狀態，以提高修習時的肢體技巧及探討能力。她尤其重視在練習中喚醒及整合身體與自然的連結、及探索內在與外在的生態系統。她相信人與身體建立健康又有創意的關係之後，可以讓自身及大眾的生命中有覺知、信任及原創性。 她在2011年創辦Being Motion，分享她的藝術、研究、創意及教育計劃。她揉合動作、現場音樂及文字，去創造及編導她的舞蹈表演。她的作品出現在劇場、特定空間、藝廊、時裝表演及錄像。 她經常在歐洲及亞洲的大學、學校及文化機構教學。她深入地硏究接觸即興，並透過教學、舉辦活動、及促成群組等各地進行推廣。近年她在亞洲尤其活躍。由2009年起她即極參與印度果亞的接觸即興節，她現在負責印度專業舞者的對外交流計劃。 過去十年她在中國、印度及海外有不少創作，合作單位有：北京民族大學、北京師範大學、首都師範大學、南昌師範學院、北京雷動天下舞團、斯德哥爾摩Balletakademien、羅馬Ials、印度德里Gati、北京9劇場當代舞團、侯瑩舞蹈劇場、印度Danceworx Company及Terence Lewis Dance Company。 她以導師、表演者及樂手身份參與世界各地的接觸即興節、當代舞蹈節及瑜珈節，足跡遍及Freiburg、Vienna、Poland、Ester Impro、CmC、Ibiza、NIM、Glarisegg、Goa、Malmö、Italy CI festivals、Avayava (浦那)、Fico Journey (斯洛文尼亞)、No Mind、Yoda and Space of Love (端典）、 Mandala (莫斯科)。 About IRENE SPOSETTII Irene is a multidisciplinary performing artist, educator and choreographer. While originally from Italy she has spent the last 16 years living in Europe, India and China. At present she is based in Beijing. Her formal training is in dance, classical music (flute and voice) and theatre. Her artistic path has been influenced by many different cultures and is deeply intertwined with her self-inquiry, spiritual practices and philosophy. Her dance practice is mainly inspired by Contact Improvisation, Instant Composition Techniques, Experiential Anatomy, Body-Mind Centering, Body Work, Yoga, Meditation and Singing Practices. The main theme of her movement research is Improvisation. Through practice she aims for a state of release, effortless motion, presence, awareness and to widen the technical and investigative skills of the mover. She has a particular interest in awakening and integrating the connection between body and nature and exploring inner and outer ecology. She believes that a healthy and creative relationship to the body can generate awareness, trust and authenticity in our lives as individual and as collectives. In 2011 she created Being Motion, a platform for sharing her artistic practices, research, creations and educational projects. @BeingMotion She performs and directs dance performances combining movement, live music and text. Her choreographies are used in theaters, site specific performances, galleries, fashion shows and video projects. She regularly offers trainings in dance universities, schools and cultural institutes in Europe and Asia. Irene is deeply engaged in the research and spreading of Contact & Improvisation by teaching, organizing events and promoting the growth of new CI communities, especially in Asia. Since 2009 she has been very involved with the Goa Contact Improvisation festival and is presently a coordinator of it’s Dance Exchange Program for Indian professional dancers. Over the last ten years she has been developing most of her work in China and India at: Beijing Minzu University, Beijing Normal University, Beijing Capital Normal Univeristy, Nanchang Normal University, Ltdx Dance Academy (China), Balletakademien (Stockholm), Ials (Rome), Gati (Delhi), 9 Company (Beijing), HouYing Dance Company (Beijing) Danceworx Company (Delhi/Mumbay) and Terence Lewis Dance Company (Mumbay). She participates as teacher, performer and musician in numerous contact improvisation, contemporary dance and yoga festivals all over the world: Freiburg, Vienna, Poland, Ester Impro, CmC, Ibiza, NIM, Glarisegg, Goa, Malmö, Italy CI festivals, Avayava (Pune), Fico Journey (Slovenia), No Mind, Yoda and Space of Love (Sweden), Mandala (Moscow).
