Welcome for our contactimpro jam. We meet into dance, joining an open, mixed level jam space to train, explore and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation. arriving at 15h guided and instructed introduction at 15 to 16h, followed by an open jam space until 18h closing cercle 👉 ABOUT A CONTACT IMPRO JAM ● a jam is a co-responsibility space to dance, train, deepen and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation (CI) ● CI starts from exploration while moving through space, in contact with someone else, sharing and carrying weight along the way ● all levels of experience are welcome ● We dance and co-create with music ánd with silence ● whenever you feel stuck: take a step, and the next one will find its way 😊 ● Let's keep the dance the focus!
