JAM Contact Impro

Welcome for our contactimpro jam! 13/8/25 We meet into dance, joining an open, mixed level jam space to train, explore and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation. hours: 7 pm open studio to arrive 7 30 pm guided introduction opening cercle followed by an open jam space until closing cercle end at 10 pm. 👉 ABOUT A CONTACT IMPRO JAM ● a jam is a co-responsibility space to dance, train, deepen and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation (CI) ● CI starts from exploration while moving through space, in contact with someone else, sharing and carrying weight along the way ● all levels of experience are welcome ● We dance and co-create with music ánd with silence ● whenever you feel stuck: take a step, and the next one will find its way 😊 ● Let's keep the dance the focus!
