"Out of many, one people." - The young nation's motto reflects the diverse society of this small Caribbean island that made an enormous impact in sports, music and culture. Famous for its fiery hot mixture centered around the Scotch bonnet chilli pepper and pimento, Jerk is like a carnival of flavours that come together in your mouth. The combination of sweet and savoury spices mixed with charcoal fire is very hard to resist. You may find that your Jamaican diet consists of little else.
