Depuis 2010, on a animé des jams, des ateliers et des events de toutes sortes, on a fait le tour du monde avec nos 'Jam Family Caravans', on a co-créé un festival avec des habitants locaux au Maroc en 2015, on a lancé notre label et notre studio en 2023, et cette année.... On est enfin prêt à lancer NOTRE TOUT PREMIER FESTIVAL ici au Québec ! ÊTES-VOUS PRÊT·E·S ??? On vous prépare tout un festival à notre sauce - C'est le CAMP DE MUSIQUE que vous attendiez depuis votre jeunesse 😎 🌿 JAMHOUSE CAMP se vit entre des temps de rassemblement collectif et "choisi ton aventure" - avec l'opportunité d’explorer une multitude d’activités tout au long de la journée. Le cœur du camp bat autour du feu central, là où nous nous retrouvons pour chanter, connecter en communauté et nous relier a la terre. Durant la journée, nous vous invitons de suivre votre curiosité — en explorant une riche variété d’ateliers participatifs et de concerts intimes dans notre espace cozy. Au coucher du soleil, nous nous réunissons de nouveau autour du feu pour partager le souper (le samedi et le dimanche) et ensuite célébrer ensemble les soirées spéciales: •• VENDREDI SOIR •• Cérémonie d’ouverture: 19h30 – SOYEZ LA ! C'est le début officiel du camp. *L’accueil ouvre à 14h00 : vous êtes les bienvenu.e.s de venir installer vos tentes et découvrir le site. •• SAMEDI SOIR •• Soirée Carnavale: – une soirée dansante, costumée et festive avec Less Toches (cumbia), Kozé (maloya) et Axcent Beatbox. •• DIMANCHE SOIR •• Soirée Pleine Lune: Contes et performances autour du feu, suivis d’une jam sous la pleine lune •• LUNDI APREM •• Cérémonie de clôture: Le camp se termine après, départ à 17h00 *À noter: pas de billets journaliers! Venez vivre toute l'experience!* 🌿 LES ATELIERS: Les ateliers participatifs sont au cœur de notre festival, car ils offrent bien plus qu’un simple moment d’apprentissage : ce sont des espaces d’exploration, de rencontre et de transformation. À travers eux, vous pourrez nourrir votre créativité, explorer votre voix, approfondir votre écoute et votre lien avec la nature et votre corps, découvrir de nouvelles pratiques, apprendre des chants et rythmes du monde et vivre le pouvoir et la magie de la transmission collective. Au coeur de nos ateliers se trouve cette essence: La musique vit et respire à travers tout: la voix, le corps, la terre, notre créativité partagée... La musique et la danse ne sont pas des luxes ou des métiers réservés à quelques-uns — ce sont des technologies anciennes de connexion, de guérison, d’appartenance et de transformation. Depuis l’aube de l’humanité, le chant et la danse ont été indissociables de la vie quotidienne. Au Jamhouse Camp, nous revenons à la musique comme mode de vie et nous nous rappelons notre nature profonde d’êtres créatifs et expressifs. Parce que le son, le mouvement et l’expression créative sont sacrés, essentiels et vivants en chacun de nous. Les ateliers proposés au camp sont conçus pour accueillir tous les niveaux, quelle que soit votre expérience musicale ou corporelle. Vos instruments seront les bienvenus dans certains contextes, et parfois, des instruments seront fournis. Sinon, il vous suffira d’apporter votre voix, votre corps et votre présence, et surtout, votre curiosité! Artiste, musicienne, productrice, guide en plein air et mentor en connexion à la nature, elle est connue comme la "Jamhouse Mama" et cultive ce jardin en perpétuelle évolution depuis ses débuts en 2010. Elle est passionnée par la création d’espaces de connexion, d’expression, de transformation et de collaboration - réunissant des personnes de tous horizons. Elle est fondatrice du label et studio Jamhouse, où elle soutient et accompagne les artistes à partager leur art, et nourrit un écosystème florissant de musiques porteuses de messages puissants. Marquée par la magie des camps durant sa jeunesse et ayant passé de nombreuses années comme animatrice, elle rêve depuis longtemps de donner vie à une expérience de camp comme celle-ci , et de contribuer une saveur unique à la scène des festivals. Tissant chaque fil avec intention, elle trouve de la joie à orchestrer des expériences collectives enrichissantes dans le cadre de son expression créative, tout en nourrissant son engagement à créer plus de ponts dans ce monde. Menant avec son cœur et avançant avec audace vers le monde qu’elle souhaite voir, le travail d’Emma est animé par ce souhait : que nous puissions nous reconnecter profondément à la nature et à la sagesse innée qui est en nous, incarner notre vérité et notre souveraineté, partager nos dons au cours de cette vie, et chanter plus d’amour et de bienveillance dans le monde. Car, le monde a besoin que nous fassions briller notre lumière, que nous soyons au service, à l’écoute profonde, en nous rappelant notre interconnexion et notre appartenance les uns aux autres. Amoureuse de la vie et en création constante, Emma a fait du travail communautaire marquant et performé sur des scènes à travers le monde. Elle a guidé d'ambitieuses expéditions en régions sauvages, et parcouru plus de 10 000 km de cette magnifique Terre à vélo et en canot, partageant ses récits à travers son exposition multimédia "Footsteps, Rivers, and Roads" et son documentaire "Cycling for Refugees". Vous pouvez la trouver en train d’improviser de la musique live à une Danse Extatique locale, de guider des jeunes dans des Écoles de Vie en Forêt, d’aventurer avec son husky Tuggy, de faciliter des pratiques vocales somatiques ou bien, entrain de créer des arrangements vocaux épiques dans le Studio Jamhouse. At sunset, we gather again around the fire to share dinner (on Saturday and Sunday) and celebrate our special evening programs together: •• FRIDAY NIGHT •• Opening Ceremony: 7:30 PM – be there!! She's led ambitious wilderness expeditions, and seen over 10 000 km of this beautiful Earth by bicycle and canoe travel, sharing her journey through her multi-media exhibition "Footsteps, Rivers, and Roads" and documentary "Cycling for Refugees". You might find her improvising live music at a local Ecstatic Dance, mentoring youth at Forest Schools, adventuring with her husky named Tuggy, facilitating somatic voice work or crafting epic vocal arrangements in the Jamhouse Studio.
