[EN below] ✨ Jam'n'Dance est une invitation à la créativité dans la musique et le mouvement. L'idée est de se rencontrer, avec nos corps, nos voix et instruments pour exprimer cet enfant intérieur. Jouant ensemble l'instant présent. Le temps d'une soirée ou d'un Week-End. ✨Libre de participer pleinement aux propositions, ou de simplement venir observer, écouter, sentir, goûter ! 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦Un éspace de jeu aussi pour les familles… Les enfants sont bienvenue dans la fête ! Les ateliers auront une forme qui leur demandera des petits moments de silence, mais aussi des instants ou ils pourrons s'exprimer pleinement ! —Atelier Vocal / Cercle de Chants— Romane Della Gaspera nous emmenera dans l'univers de la voix a travers la polyphonie, les harmonies les jeux vocaux, pour nous inciter à lacher prise et oser s'exprimer avec cet intime instrument. Pas d'experiences pré-requises ! Elle nous invitera aussi à chanter ensemble des “chants médecines" et chants traditionel de nos pays ! Nous partagerons du Cacao cru, dit “Cérémoniel”, une pâte de cacao de grande qualité (c'est pas du chocolat!) qui se consomme traditionnellement en boisson chaude. Il a des vertus nutritives et curatives extraordinaire. Dite "Médecine du cœur", le cacao nourris le corps et l'ésprit, donnant une grande énergie, notamment par la "Théobromine", une molécule du bonheur qui désinhibe accompagne très bien les exercices chants et la dance ! ---Jam Session— Les Jam Sessions sont des espaces de création spontanée dans le son et la musique. Ouvert aux novices, amateurs et professionnels. L'invitation est la liberté d'expression et la co-création. Amenez donc vos instruments et vos voix, ou bien essayez les instruments que nous mettons à disposition. L'écoute de l'autre et de nos propres sons sont les qualités recherchées. Jouer ensemble, rencontrer, partager, découvrir, sont les expériences proposées. —Danse contact— Le Contact Impro ou "Danse Contact" est une danse libre pratiquée à deux, trois ou plus, mais aussi « seule » avec la gravité et le sol. Cette pratique somatique est une création constante, sensorielle, parfois accrobatique mais sans forme pré-établi La session commence par une introduction explorant les principes de base : l'échange de poids, les points de contact, la connexion aux autres à travers notre centre de gravité, les portés, les chutes, suivie d'une "jam" pour intégrer ces propositions dans nos danses. ---Ecstatic Dance--- Les "Ecstatic Dances" sont des espaces temps de deux heures environs, avec DJ ou musique live, invitant les participant(e)s à une conscience profonde et une danse libre, sans jugement, sans drogue, sans alcool, sans mots et sans chaussures ! Une introduction guidera les premiers pas dans cette danse dont la forme et les frontières naissent de l'experience des danseur-euses. "Danse comme si personne ne te regardais ! " → Ronald sera notre DJ pour cette soirée ! The idea is to meet, with our bodies, our voices, and instruments to express that inner child. Playing together in the present moment. The time of an evening or a weekend. Free to fully participate in the proposals, or to simply come observe, listen, feel, taste! ✨ 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦A play area for families too... Children are welcome at the party! The workshops will require them to be quiet for short periods, but there will also be moments when they can express themselves fully! —Vocal Workshop /Song Circle— Romane Della Gaspera will take us into the world of voice through polyphony, harmonies and vocal games, to encourage us to let go and dare to express ourselves with this intimate instrument. The session begins with an introduction exploring the basic principles: weight sharing, points of contact, connecting with others through our center of gravity, lifts, falls, followed by a “jam” to integrate these proposals into our dances. ---Ecstatic Dance--- "Ecstatic Dances" are time spaces of around two hours, with DJ or live music, inviting participants(s) to deep awareness and free dance, without judgment, without drugs, without alcohol, without words and without shoes! An introduction will guide the first steps in this dance whose form and boundaries are born from the experience of the dancers. "Dance like no one is looking at you! " → Ronald will be our DJ for this evening!
