Les ateliers auront une forme qui leur demandera des petits moments de silence, mais aussi des instants ou ils pourront s'exprimer pleinement ! —Corps Raconte avec Mâya et Janne— Corps Raconte ou Body-Telling est un concept nouveau en cours d'expérimentation, mêlant mouvement, théâtre improvisé et écriture créative. Il s'agit d'une exploration collective d'un thème, où nous mettons notre corps et nos mots au service d'un terrain commun afin que nos récits puissent se transformer. Pendant 2 heures, tu seras guidé·e par les voix de Janne et Mâya, deux danseureuses passioné·es de psychologie et de pratiques somatiques, qui adresseront leurs questions à ton corps pour le libérer des commandes du mental et récolter des réponses sous de nouvelles formes. Pour cette édition, le thème proposé à explorer est l'attachement, dans un espace d'inspiration mutualisée. Umanaya propose une fusion captivante d'instruments qui éveillent les sens. Avec handpan, beatbox, percussions, guitare, didgeridoo, guimbarde, et diverses flûtes, ils créent une musique en partie improvisées, qui emmènent le public dans un voyage à travers des paysages variés, aussi doux et mélodieux que et puissant et rythmé ! Playing together in the present moment—for an evening or a full weekend. ✨ You are free to fully participate in the offerings, or simply come to observe, listen, feel, and enjoy. 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 A playful space for families too…Children are welcome at the celebration! The workshops will include short moments of silence, as well as moments where they can fully express themselves. —Corps Raconte with Mâya and Janne— Corps Raconte or Body-Telling is a new concept currently being tested, combining movement, improvised theater, and creative writing. It is a collective exploration of a theme, where we use our bodies and words to serve a common purpose so that our stories can be transformed. For two hours, you will be guided by the voices of Janne and Mâya, two dancers who are passionate about psychology and somatic practices. They will address their questions to your body in order to free it from the control of the mind and gather answers in new forms. For this edition, the theme to be explored is attachment, in a space of mutualized inspiration.
