Como é tradição das Jams não é preciso chegar a horas para dançar mas se querem apanhar o warm-up sim. A partir das 21.30/22h estará aberto o buffet o que será assinalado sonoramente no espaço de dança indicando que a jam se expande à cafetaria do Misturado, com uma proposta gastronómica virtuosa, deliciosa, colorida e adequada a atletas de várias qualidades, proposta confecionada e posta em cena pelas Veganesh que, para além das virtudes culinárias, também são "contacteiras" e vão estar a mover connosco durante a Jam. https://www.facebook.com/veganeshlovingfood/ Após soar o gongo para o jantar, estamos convidados a transitar entre a cafetaria e a sala como se fosse um só espaço mantendo a nossa presença numa vibração consciente e a sonoridade das interações a um nivel de harmonia com todo o grupo e com a consciência que trazemos da dança. As in traditional Jams It is not mandatory to arrive from the start but the warmup will be on time.
