January GLOW Fusion Dance

Theme: Wear your best neon and prepare to GLOW Overview: Time to dance! We’ll kick off our dance with two great lessons, a beginner lesson and a continuation lesson! Both lessons will be from 7:00-8:00, with music to follow from 8:00-2:00. So from master mover to two left feet, we can’t wait to get you on the dance floor! Cover Charge is $15 cash (or $15.45 card) and there will be a card bar! More Details: Intro Lesson: Our instructors provide an overview of pulse, partner connection, and introduce basic blues patterns. Continuation Lesson: “Safe Journey” with Mac Frazier and John Michael Judson. Does it feel dangerous to go across the dance floor? Take this (class)! In this continuation lesson, Mac and JM will explore footwork and technique that will help you utilize floor space to its greatest potential. They will also cover floorcraft and maneuvers that will keep you and your partner safe from collision as you travel. If you've been feeling stuck lately, these moves will bring new life to your dance repertoire! Music for the evening: We have a wide variety of music, from Blues, to WCS, to Latin-inspired music. We look for tunes that we can dance a variety of styles, or fuse styles together to. Our DJs will keep you on the floor all night long!
