Jardin de Danse Christmas Special - celebrates Saturnalia! At the Nayland Rock Hotel. The 17 Dec is the start date of the ancient Roman solstice festival, worshipping the Sun God through carnival, and feasting. We'll be opening festivities with an afternoon of Ballroom, Latin, scintillating Swing & Argentine Tango, we'll dance as the Margate skies fade across the ballroom sea scape. Think gorgeous foxtrots, percussive Rumbas and entrancing tangos. Beginner-friendly dance participation with guest teachers.  This is a safe space - everyone is welcome. Special guest! Musical performance by Ash Mukherjee, singing a beautiful set of music to dance to. More updates coming soon.  DRESS! Golds and yellows to worship the sun god, Roman or togas for the daring and carnival for the subversive. Your glamorous selves will be a gift to us all.
