Sunday 29/03: London exclusive: INVITED MAESTROS Jessica & Joni (Buenos Aires), and Los Angelitos milonga with guest TDJ JONI. What a treat! Today after the beginner / improver lesson (Theme: the Promenade), we will welcome for the first time in London Jessica and Joni, two dancers, teachers and performers from Buenos Aires. They will divulge their own secrets about Talking without Words – or how to create a truly connected and exciting conversation in the embrace. In their own words: Tango is about making the real dialogue happen in the Dance. Training a true back-and-forth in the embrace, where we are both free to express, choose, and be surprised. We will explore it as an expressive tool for the individual and the couple, and live what is true improvisation. Prepare to be challenged! Later on Joni – also a solid Tango DJ crafting his music in Buenos Aires and his milonga Pecado Nuevo – will be our TDJ and make us dance all afternoon. Programme: as usual 2pm beginner / improver lessons, followed by the 3pm Intermediate & Advanced class with the maestros, followed by LOS ANGELITOS milonga at 4.30pm. Last tanda at 7.30PM.
