This Thursday at TLN: Jose Garofalo is back in NYC! Jose is a complete artist, who weaves an imaginary bridge among the visual arts, theater, and tango dance. He studied drawing and painting with the great Guillermo Kuitca, acting with Vivi Tellas. Jose studied tango with Gustavo Naveira, Puppy Castello, The Dinzels and Miguel Balmaceda, among others. He is recognized as a distinguished dancer, choreographer, director, and teacher. José Garófalo emerged from the vanguard generation of Buenos Aires which approaches tango with the boldness and passion this genre demands.
