Josh Allen Band Swing Dance with some Country!

Join us Saturday, November 12th, 2022 for an east coast swing/lindy/country dance with the Josh Allen Band! We'll also be celebrating my birthday! (Christi Bowers) Please note that the Cherrydale Firehouse is not yet reopen for events at this time-so we'll be at the Arlington Ballroom. (If the Firehouse reopens we will update location.) Beginner swing lesson at 7 pm with Ryan Williams. Band plays 8 to 11 pm. Josh Allen Band will be featuring swing dancing and Lindy songs from their repertoire to include Elvis, the Beatles, Elton John, Dion, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Bobby Darin, Beach Boys, Bill Haley, Everly Brothers and more! They will also be performing some country songs to cater to our country dancing crowd! Josh Allen band will be learning the song Jump Jive & Wail to add to their repertoire and perform on November 12th just for the swingdancers! 🙂 More details to follow. $20 limited edition discount tickets available til 11/12 at noon. $30 cash at door. (Early bird ends November 5th.) If you are unable to attend, but would still like to support future All About Dance events at the CherryDale Fire Department- donation tickets may also be purchased. Thank you! Bottled water and snacks will be available for sale. No alcohol/open containers permitted inside building.
