Conscious, connected breath is a breathing technique that helps us to connect with our hearts, mind and bodies. Transformational breath-work allows us to return to the heart of the infinite source. Receiving, healing and self love. To enter a none ordinary relaxed state of consciousness. In this altered state it is possible to access the deepest part of ourselves. Alternatively you may just have a relaxed and self nourishing breath journey. A breathing space journey encourages everyone to express and release emotions. To dance, move and play with our inner child. ♡ SOUND JOURNEY ♡ We will weave toning & moving with deep transformational sounds throughout our journey. Allowing the sound to support and welcome any further intuitive movement to help shift and settle you. Sound therapy instruments such as The Gong, The Drum and the Crystal Bowls create sound that allows people to go deeper into a supported physical, emotional and mental release. The movement is spontaneous and intuitive.
