Participants gather for a transformative, electronic dance music journey with intention. Guided and then Free-form conscious dance without specific steps, using musical trance rhythm towards meditation, mindful stress reduction, emotional release, and joy WITHOUT any substance (alcohol and drug free) ARIELLE WORTZEL gets us started with sensual movement and guided stretch and somatics with a guided JourneyDance. DAVID ATWOOD aka MR ATWOOD motivates the ecstatic free-form conscious dance with his unique blend of bass thumping, psychedelic Electronic Dance Music (EDM). The evening transforms into a channeled sound immersion experience with the soulful and other-worldly vibes of THE SOUND SIRENS. The Sound Sirens include JOY OKOYE & SERENITY ENTITY - a vocal and multi-instrumental group which fuses world and experimental music invoking harmonic sacred sound and multi-sensory states of awareness. Enjoy this mystical sound ensemble that incorporates elements of soundscape, music meditation, sound healing, and performance art. All Ecstatic Dance Jersey gatherings conclude with authentic relating within a Brave Space Sharing Circle - a safe container held by ADNAN SHAMSI, Joy Okoye, and Serenity Entity.
