JSX's LADY STYLE Beginners Bootcamp

JSX's Summer BOOTCAMP! JSX Studio organiseert deze zomer een BOOTCAMP van 2 uur waar alle basics van Lady Style naar voren komen. JSX zal tijdens deze Bootcamp aan de slag gaan met dames die willen leren dansen, in hun lijf willen zitten en hun danskwaliteiten willen verbreden en beter willen ontwikkelen. Ze zal in deze intensieve uurtjes haar pit en enthousiasme overbrengen en zoveel mogelijk kennis en vaardigheden delen met de deelnemers. Het worden dan ook een zeer leerzame dagen, dus kom uitgerust met veel energie! In de Lady Style Bootcamp werken we aan basis stap, Turns, Arm-styling en Body-Movement. Naast de Salsa ON2 technieken wordt er aandacht besteed aan jazz & ballet technieken om postuur/houding en de bewegingskwaliteit te verbeteren. Tijdens een korte BREAK zal er HEERLIJKE fruit, gezonde snacks en verse ijs thee en limonade worden geserveerd. Ook zal er de mogelijkheid zijn om elkaar beter te leren kennen, vragen te stellen en om advies te vragen. This summer JSX Studio is organizing a 2-hour beginners BOOTCAMP where you will learn all the basics of Lady Style. During this Bootcamp, JSX will be working with ladies who want to learn how to dance to the latin rhythms and feel connected to their bodies. "IT'S ALL ABOUT AWAKENING YOUR FEMININE POWER" In this Lady Style Beginners Bootcamp we will work on the Basic steps, Turns, Arm styling and Body Movement. In addition to the Salsa ON2 techniques, attention is paid to jazz & ballet techniques to improve posture / posture and movement quality. During these intensive hours JSX will convey her spirit and enthusiasm and share as much knowledge and skills as possible with the participants.
