ATTENTION! Minimum 5, maximum 10 participants! The language of the workshop will be English. In case needed we can provide translation. DESCRIPTION: The workshop consists of two parts. In the first part Andrés offers his “Reversed Contemporary” approach and then he transitions to “Playing with time” in the second part. Reversed contemporary class: “We will work on different level exercises of a wide-ranging movement language, changing techniques and styles at a quick pace, focusing on improving physical condition, coordination, musicality, creativity, improvisation and memory.” Playing with Time: “We will break with the timeline by dis-associating different parts of the body, playing with accents, speeds, discontinuous movements, pauses, fluidity and rhythm, and combining vocal exercises with movement and body coordination.” “My research allows students the freedom to cultivate their artistic voice and tune into their subtle energetic bodies while investigating and creating their quality of movement and combinations.
