On this International Women’s Day, a day rooted in the ongoing fight for women’s rights across the world, we gather not only to celebrate, but to embody the freedom so many before us have fought for. Born from labor movements, suffrage struggles, and feminist resistance, March 8th offers us an opportunity to gather in our bodies, in pleasure, in voice, in sovereignty. While many of us have access to freedoms our grandmothers could not imagine, in countless places women’s rights are still restricted, violated, or erased. Because until all women are free, the remembering continues. The resistance continues. Arrival from 4:00pm to settle & mingle. Opening Circle from 4:45pm until approximately 11pm. Please arrive on time so we can open the space together. Parking is limited so please rideshare. This is a women-centered space, open to all who identify as wxmen. Photos & videos will be taken to create art beyond the moment.
