Workshop names: ** The Pillars of Bachata: This class will give you all the concepts most commonly used in Bachata such as the 12 basic steps to master Bachata as well as a the 6 major turns in Bachata with which you can make an infinite amount sequences to make you a better leader and a more active follower. We will also look at the 6 main ways of moving your hips in bachata to help with individual styling and unique flavour. ** Bachata Connection, Rhythm and Flow: . - Understanding the basics and how to connect them to the music using different Rhythms that will help you discover your own interpretation, your own Flow. Connection, Rhythm and Flow is Julian's own methodology for dancing Creating a whole neurological pathway between music (stimulus), Emotion (brain, thought process) and Motion (conscious action, thoughtful movement) in order to achieve rhythmic playfulness and an all encompassing and constantly evolving work of art using exercises that bring the student into a mindful and playful Flow State. . ** Bachata - Find Your Rhythm: . Both workshops can offer various routines, but the workshops should be taken as a way of improving and advancing one's self expression by helping the student to connect to themselves, their surroundings, the music and to make the students have a portal of connection ready to connect to another person. The workshops are not an individual class and the workshops are not taught with a demo in mind, but rather like the fabric that joins all bachata movements together to make a bachatero achieve a higher state of conscious movement and interpretation of musical stimulus.
