June Bachata Challenge

Have you ever wanted to learn how to dance? Or maybe you simply want to improve your shape after so many days spent at home? If yes-this is something definitely for you! This June we have a new challenge! Starting with the 1st of June we will organise Bachata classes here on Facebook! And of course-totally for free ❤️ On Mondays Karthik Yadav (@karthik_etc) will teach you some incredible moves and introduce you to Bachata world! On Thursdays Sisi Zheng (@sisizhengstark) will prepare an amazing Bachata routine for you and later on she will conduct training focused on either stretching, cardio or building your muscles. Always at 7 PM! Each week we will also post a short video with simple exercises that will help you gain better form outside the classes! And each week you should post a photo (or video if you prefer! 💪🏻) with your favourite pose, exercises or just simply after the class. This way you can share your adventure with people all around the world 🤩 We would love to also hear from you to know how you enjoy our challenge and if you have some suggestions about our classes. So don't hesitate to add some comments about it to your photos! You can also post them on Instagram if you prefer 😊 Our classes will be live, here on our Fb event.
