June Tuesday Dance Classes

Join us at MYArts for a month of swing dancing instruction! ⏱️7-9PM: Balboa Fundamentals 📍Location: Studio 4C Instructor(s): Katie, Dustin, Charity, and Ian Cost: $60 for the full series. $25 per individual class. Balboa developed in the crowded ballrooms of Southern California and came to be defined by its close embrace hold, turns, and fancy footwork. We'll take you from pure Balboa Shuffle to Bal-Swing and show you why Balboa dancers love the floor. No partner or experience required. Classroom opens at 6:45pm. Class begins promptly at 7pm. 📅Class dates: June 2nd, 9th, 23rd June 2nd - Downhold Basics, Promenades, and Come-Arounds June 9th - Come-Arounds, Lollies, and Out & Ins June 23rd - Rotational Out & Ins, Toss-outs All students are requested to sign our waiver (https://jumptownswing.com/) for 2026.
