On Friday August 25th we invite you to join us at the grooviest party in Hamilton for JUNGLE BOOGIE. Get ready for a deep dive musical journey, as you are transported to the jungles of Mexico and Latin America. Magical, Spanish influenced sounds and instruments will bring you into your fullest ecstatic expression at this Friday night fiesta. We will open the night with a Cacao Ceremony, enter into the Ecstatic Dance, relax in our chill zones, enjoy yummy snacks and non-alcoholic beverage options and dance into ecstatic bliss with a heart centered community. The evening will end with a magical sound bath and closing circle. ✨MEET OUR DJS Semilla & Youssey✨ @semilla_music Semilla (Seed), bloomed as a project integrating the medicine of sound and meditation with the intention to harmonize and awaken consciousness. Felipe López, its founder, began at an early age and has grown into a composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ. Using native folk instruments (Flutes, Jarana) and his voice, juxtaposed with analog synthesizers, Felipe creates a unique sound that conveys messages of freedom, peace and conscience. @yousifverse From deep hypnotic rhythms to high-energy wobbles and percussion, Youssey brings an amorphous sound that invites the full spectrum of soul expression. Youssey weaves in elements and sounds of tribal house music, bass, and sexy downtempo, curating a wide-ranging journey on the dance floor. Originating from Toronto, Canada, he uses music and dance spaces as a room to foster a sense of community and creative expression. Chocolate Groove has been offering alcohol-free community gatherings since the summer of 2018. What started out as a Community Cacao Ecstatic Dance Social has evolved into a much bigger production over the last 4 years. We have been hosting many different types of community gatherings over the years, but most known for our Cacao Ecstatic Dance Party’s where we merge the freedom of Ecstatic Dance & with a social / networking experience.
