Jungle Dance will help you become more comfortable in your body and more confident in embracing your most natural self. It's truly a healing journey and empowering experience! The Jungle Dance journey is 60-min, followed by a 30-mins community connection facilitated by Rachel. This provides an opportunity to meet like-hearted individuals. ABOUT THE ARTIST The creator of Jungle Dance, Rachel Wainwright, has 18 years of experience guiding people through deeply transformational embodied experiences. With extensive training in yoga, Pilates, dance and somatic movement, she creates a nurturing space for participants to reconnect with their body, deepen their intuition, move beyond limiting patterns and express themselves freely. Her grounded and compassionate facilitation style allows people to feel safe enough to let go, move intuitively and explore the wisdom of their body. Many leave Rachel’s offerings feeling lighter, more liberated, deeply nourished and inspired to embody their authentic selves with greater confidence.
