Dance Studio is on your right. ===ABOUT KAMACHO=== A gifted artist, Kamacho has done Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Broadway Special, Contemporary and Modern Dance, Ballroom Dance and many more! His belief is that all of these styes help dancers improve their musicality, creativity and freedom of expression, which in turn will enhance the body's ability to move to the sound of Zouk. He calls his style "Lyrikal Dance" (with a "K" which stands for his own name, Kamacho), the uniqueness of which excites a lot of Zouk dancers in both Brazil and abroad. Kamacho has won several Zouk Championships and became an experienced and engaging teacher, conquering followers wherever he goes. After traveling a lot around Brazil, in 2012 Kamacho traveled to Europe for the first time, opening his horizons and taking Zouk to the world by participating in the best Zouk Congresses. Kamacho has a nine year experience in dance area, working with Zouk for seven years, teaching in several countries, organizing Congresses and Workshops, choreographing and participating in Zouk Championships. For this creative artist, the phrase that best describes his relationship with dance is: “Zouk is the air I breathe” ===ABOUT DEBBY ZAGHA=== Debby Zagha is a professional young actress and dancer from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She began her dance training at an early age of four at the 'Petite Danse School'. There she studied Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musicality, Theatre, Hip-hop, Lyrical and Anatomy as subjects. At 16 she graduated from the 'Petite Danse School' (with Classical Ballet) in 2008, and she there started to teach Jazz and Hip-hop. Then, few year later she danced professionally with 'Abou Merhi Cruises Company' for two years in (2012 - 2013). Presently she works as a choreographer and professional dancer at 'Petite Danse School'; and at 'Jaime Aroxa Dance Academy'. There she teaches Ballet, Stiletto, Hip-hop, Samba, Brazilian Zouk and Latin Style dances. She has performed alongside several international artists in video-clips, television, commercials and at renowned events such as 'The Voice Brasil' and at 'Olympic Games' in Rio 2016. Most recently, she has begun a new dance partnership dancing Brazilian Zouk with one of the best Zouk artists in the world. Debby aspires to pass on her knowledge and love for the arts, culture and dance to the next generation. ===ABOUT HONOLULU ZOUK=== Kimberly Loo founded Honolulu Zouk in 2015 as a vehicle for creating a dance family around teaching, performing, and choreographing Brazilian Zouk fused with other dances. Her dance philosophy is based around a desire for each dancer to celebrate awareness of their bodies, and to find joy in connecting with themselves, accepting their sensuality and ability to express themselves through movement. The Honolulu Zouk logo emphasizes how 'ono (delicious) zouk is, and how its dancers love to zouk always and all ways. Kimberly's teaching style is influenced by her ballet background and accepting of nonheteronormative dance roles. In its first year, Honolulu Zouk was invited to perform for "zouk royalty" at Zouk Night Love in Mexico and received a standing ovation! They have been gracing the Hawaiian Islands and the mainland US with dance instruction and dazzling performances every since!
