Kate is an International Artist and founder of Viva Dallas Dance Company. Kate was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, lived in Kazakhstan, China and now based in Dallas, USA. She started dancing at the age of 12, and has trained in several forms of dance as well such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Latin Fusion, Afro, Dancehall, and over 10 years of dance training in Salsa and Bachata. Kate has traveled around the world, been trained at several famous dance schools including Broadway Dance Center, Ailey Extension, Yamulee Dance Company , Capezio Dance Center, and Mouaze Konate and Ella in France, Sharmila's Dance Academy in Arab Emirates. For Salsa and Bachata, she got trained with the best including Alien Ramirez, choreographer of "So you think you can dance" and 24 time World Champion, Eddie Torres, Maria Torres, Daniel and Desiree, Franklin Diaz, Grizelle Ponce and Baudi, Yamulee School, Charlie and Tania, Rodrigo Cortazar, Sekou and many more. In the last few years, she has been teaching in around the world, such as United States, Singapore, China, Kazakhstan, Arab. Kate is a very hard working and talented artist, that always puts her heart and soul in her work, she also has an undeniable gift in teaching.
