Through exploring various Kizomba and Urbankiz music genres, you'll gain an understanding of the nuances within this captivating art form. As the music evolves, so does the dance. In this workshop, you'll learn to navigate the Kizomba dance floor once the DJ sets the rhythm in motion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer aiming to refine your technique, this workshop promises to deepen your understanding and elevate your skills in the mesmerizing world of Kizomba. Rome is a Los Angeles based Kizomba, Salsa and Bachata instructor, event organizer, workshop creator and avid promoter of Kizomba in the USA. Rome is the owner and creator of Kizomba Nation LA, Noho Salsa, and the Ark Kizomba Festival. He has taught salsa and Bachata for over 20 years. He has dedicated his last 13 years to spreading the roots of the dance and culture behind kizomba and has started communities all throughout southern California, Las Vegas, Atlanta, and now Hawaii. His devotion, love, and experience for kizomba culture offers a rich learning experience and phenomonal dancing environment.
